Excel to PDF
Print-fit .xlsx, .xls and .csv workbooks as a PDF. Each sheet becomes a section with its name as a heading, and wide tables are shrunk to fit the page width instead of spilling off the edge.
How it works
- 1
Add the workbook
Drop a .xlsx, .xls or .csv file — the sheet list appears next.
- 2
Pick sheets and layout
Convert every sheet or a few, set orientation, margins and gridlines.
- 3
Convert and save
Each sheet starts on a fresh page in a single PDF.
Your privacy is the point

Frequently asked questions
Are formulas, charts and images kept?+
Only the values you see in the cells are exported. Formulas are shown as their calculated result, and charts, images, comments, pivot tables and conditional formatting are not included. Formatting is limited to what can be reproduced as a printed table.
How do wide sheets fit on the page?+
Tables are laid out to the printable width and columns share it evenly; the fit-to-width slider changes the text size so more columns fit. Extremely wide tables may still wrap cell text heavily — lower the scale if that happens.
Is my spreadsheet uploaded?+
No. SheetJS reads the file and the PDF is rendered entirely inside this tab. Closing the page removes everything from memory.
