Sign PDF
Draw, type or upload a signature, then place it on any page of your PDF. You can add as many signatures as you need, on as many pages as you need, and export a flattened copy that opens identically everywhere.
How it works
- 1
Create your signature
Draw with the pointer, type your name, or upload a PNG/JPG of a signature.
- 2
Place it on the page
Pick a page, click to place, then drag to position and pull the corner handle to resize.
- 3
Save the signed PDF
The signature is embedded as an image and flattened into the page.
Your privacy is the point
This tool runs entirely in your browser using WebAssembly and Canvas. Your file is never uploaded to a server, never stored and never seen by anyone but you.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a legally binding e-signature?+
It is a visual signature, not a certificate-based digital signature. Laws differ by country; a visual signature is often accepted for internal documents, but it does not prove the file was not modified. Check the requirements of your recipient.
Does the signature stay editable?+
No. On export the signature becomes a normal image inside the page. Keep the original PDF and place the signature again if you need to change it.
Can I add a date and initials too?+
Yes. Turn on the date and initials options before you place the signature — both are stamped just below it and are flattened the same way.
